When the placenta came, actually along with the baby, everything went smoothly like a well-oiled machine, and we actually didn’t feel anything about the process as a family at the moment of birth and immediately after. Your midwife was good at keeping in the background and doing her job.

My partner has undergone stem cell treatment for a knee injury, so when we inquired with his healthcare provider, there was no doubt, we should do it. I underwent heart surgery as a baby and was hospitalized for 3 months at Riget, so anything I can do to help my baby in case of serious illnesses is worth every penny! I follow Marie and her Babybelly on Instagram and also consulted her during fertility treatment, where she told me about the option of stem cell collection. 😊 Through Marie, I’ve felt well-informed and secure in my decision, and I share it with everyone I know who is pregnant. I hope they make the same decision as me; it’s not much more expensive than your home insurance when you calculate it over 20 years!

“I had the most amazing experience with the whole process. It has been very easy to get in touch with the midwife when you needed it. I have had the most amazing midwife who came to the hospital several hours before I gave birth and she was very nice. We are deeply grateful for her service.”
When the accident occurs with your child’s health, you feel very hopeless and the only thing you can do is wish that your child can get through the illness well. The possibility of collecting cells can be something greater than “just a hope” to be able to do for one’s child in order to save them.

I heard about Cellaviva when I had ordered a Babybox from Wish Children. After that I received news emails from Cellaviva – and one email in particular caught my attention, which I forwarded to my husband. It was an email regarding research into stem cells in relation to diabetes. My husband was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in the spring of 2022 at the age of 27, and of course we have had thoughts about whether our future daughter will be at risk of developing diabetes and how we can best help her in the future, should it become relevant After this, we investigated further about Cellaviva and were able to read about treatments with stem cells, where we found peace and security in the treatment options that are in connection with other serious diseases – both for our daughter, but also as a “family investment”.

We have just been SO happy with the whole process with Cellaviva. Before my birth, Henriette was lightning fast to answer messages, with the many questions you as a pregnant woman have along the way. In addition, we were on a visit shortly before my term, where Henriette answered all the many questions we had for the big day. When the day our little Otto announced his arrival, we called Cellaviva and just 20 minutes after we arrived at the delivery room, Henriette was ready. All this despite the fact that I gave birth in the middle of the summer holidays! The whole experience of the course has been so nice and professional and is clearly recommended to all future parents! We are SO happy to have made the decision to freeze stem cells and thus secure Otto (and ourselves or future children) for any future bumps on our path in this life ❤️

We simply had the best experience! We first heard about Cellaviva for an event in BabySam, where Henriette and Mianne were out and told a little about how the birth takes place. Then we searched for further information and went to Henriette and Mianne for birth preparation. Every single time we have had a question, we have received an answer (quickly) and everything has been thoroughly explained to us. The birth preparation was so good and informative, without being boring! My husband especially got something out of it when his role during the birth was first addressed. The breathing we learned was praised at the hospital. All the different measuring instruments for the birth were briefly reviewed, so for the birth there was nothing new or scary. At the birth, Mianne came and “harvested” the stem cells. It was so nice to have a familiar face, one that told how beautiful and beautiful one’s new baby was, and one to take our first family photo. ❤️ Here 4 months later we have been visiting Cellaviva to say hello, and how nice it was again to say hello to Henriette and Mianne! Again .. It has been the best experience, and when the next child comes up, we will again have Cellaviva to collect stem cells!

Not only do we feel that we have secured our little new family with this huge gift, but it also came to show, that Henriette and Mianne were the biggest support we could have wanted throughout the pregnancy. For the second time, Cellaviva has helped us save our children’s most precious gold – their stem cells from the umbilical cord and the placenta! We where able to have a late umbilical cord clamping with both children. I gave birth to the placenta before the collection, and due to Mianne and Henriette’s fantastic work, it was still possible to collect both children’s stem cells! At both births we hardly noticed their presence in the room, before it was time to collect the stem cells, and when it was time, I was so happy to see their beautiful faces. I am so happy that they have been a part of both our children’s journey into this world. We are forever grateful for the amazing work Cellaviva do! It’s the best child savings I could give my kids ❤️
